Race Details

This event is being held as a fundraiser for the non-profit organization Breaking Ground. In November 2012, Breaking Ground raised money to help bring clean water to 3,500 people in Cameroon. The first annual Run for Clean Water 5K was a partner in this fundraiser. All proceeds from the 2012 race were donated to Breaking Ground to help the organization achieve its fundraising goals, and the clean water project was underway by the spring of 2013. We are bringing the race back for a second year in hopes to again raise funds to donate to Breaking Ground for their current projects and goals.
